Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone using Brain Flex: students, parents and guardians, tutors, and administrators. If you register on behalf of a learner under 18, you accept these terms as their parent or guardian.

• Provide accurate contact, location and learner information.
• Attend booked sessions on time and be ready to learn.
• Pay agreed fees, subscriptions and hiring fees on time.
• Treat tutors with respect and maintain a safe learning environment for home lessons.
• Give reasonable notice when a session must be cancelled or rescheduled.

• Submit truthful qualifications, identity documents and verification information.
• Keep your availability, subjects and rates up to date.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and deliver the lessons agreed with the student.
• Maintain professional and appropriate conduct with learners at all times.
• Communicate promptly if a session must be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Keep student contact details confidential and use them only for lesson coordination.

• Verify tutor documents and payment submissions fairly and within a reasonable time.
• Match students with suitable tutors and assist with disputes.
• Handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

• A booking is confirmed once it is accepted and any required payment is verified.
• Sessions should be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may still be charged.
• Repeated no-shows by either party may lead to suspension.
• Revision classes and group classes run on a monthly subscription and follow the published schedule.

• Fees, subscriptions, hiring fees and wallet top-ups are shown before you pay.
• Payments made outside the platform are at your own risk and are not covered by our dispute process.
• Payment submissions are reviewed by an administrator before they take effect.
• Duplicate, altered or fraudulent payment proofs will be rejected and may lead to suspension.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

• Your account is personal; do not share your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Providing false, misleading or stolen information or documents.
• Harassment, discrimination, abuse or any unsafe behaviour towards another user.
• Bypassing the platform to avoid fees after being introduced through Brain Flex.
• Spamming, advertising unrelated services, or misusing contact details.
• Attempting to break, probe or interfere with the platform's security or systems.
• Any unlawful activity under the laws of Botswana.

We aim to keep Brain Flex available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, network issues or events beyond our control. Features may change or be discontinued as the platform evolves.

Brain Flex reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that violates these terms, endangers another user, or misuses the payment process. Where appropriate we will notify you of the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.

Brain Flex connects students with independent tutors and facilitates payments. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a lesson, other than as required by Botswana consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
